About Me

Experienced yoga educator, health coach and author, Chanda Williams has over 20 years experience in the fitness and wellness industries. She uniquely blends her health coaching knowledge and vast experience as a yoga student and teacher to create programs, classes and workshops that truly integrate mind, body and spirit for positive change, inspiring people to live their most authentic life.  She incorporates yoga philosophy, Buddhism and emerging science into classes and programs on healthy living, manifesting and changing subconscious beliefs. Her yoga practice began in 1996 and completed her first teacher training in 2005. She has taught workshops, retreats, private sessions and group classes. She has studied with many teachers and is grateful for the opportunity to offer these teachings.
